These Conditions apply to all guests of Theranda Hotel.
Guests may book in advance or on arrival. Rooms are subject to availability and the Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.
Although payment is generally required on departure, guests may be required to provide a deposit or credit card imprint/details on booking or arrival.
Guests may check-in at any time from 3.00 p.m. on day of arrival. We apply early check-in times only if required by the guest in advance. If a guest has not checked-in by 10.00 p.m., the Hotel is entitled to re-let the room unless the guest has notified the Hotel that he/she will be arriving late. Rooms booked on pre-paid rates will be held for the entire day of arrival.
On departure, guests must vacate their rooms and check-out by no later than 12.00 p.m. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge for an additional night stay. If you like to check-out after 12.00 p.m. you must notify reception in advance at 24 hours prior to your departure date. In any case the latest time that guest must check-out in 05.00 p.m.
Guests must pay all outstanding charges on departure. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro). Guests can also pay by cash or cheque.
If you cancel 24 hours prior to you check-in time, there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel less than 24 hours from check in time you will be charged the full amount of room charges for the first night of your booking.
Right of Refusal
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Hotel, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration.
Guests are not allowed to take anyone else at their room, before they register respective ID at reception
